1. Who is responsible for your data

I do not knowingly collect sensitive data (such as health, religious or political information) and I ask that you do not send it.

I do not sell your personal data. I only share it with service providers who help me operate my business, under confidentiality and data protection obligations:

I may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.
5. International data transfers
I am based in Argentina, and some of my providers are located in the United States or other countries. 6. How long I keep your data
- Contact inquiries that do not result in a service: up to 2 years after the last contact
- Client data: for the duration of the working relationship and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of Google Analytics, currently 14 months
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

This processing is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). I will respond to your request within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case I will inform you. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence or work. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
United Kingdom
This processing is governed by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), which apply to cookies and electronic marketing. I will respond to your request within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case I will inform you. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113. I would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, so please feel free to contact me directly.
United States
I do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut and others, may exercise the rights described in Section 8, including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out. I will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. I honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Argentina
This processing is governed by Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. Access requests will be answered within 10 calendar days, and rectification, update or deletion requests within 5 business days.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, in accordance with Article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, as the Control Authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to address complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations on personal data protection.
10. Children
This website and my services are not directed to anyone under 16 years of age. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided me with data, please contact me and I will delete it.
11. Security
I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
